There has been no change in the pay position of the employees since the reply to Question 157 of 29th July, 1975. There are no substitution payments due to employees other than the Night Watchman. The next substitution payment in his case is 62½p payable from 1st December. |
Notes:
(1) The last wage increase (Column 5 above) represented the second phase of the 1975 National Agreement.
(2) All employees in the above grades qualify for service pay at the rate of £0.25, £0.50, £0.75 and £1.00 weekly after 5 , 10, 15 and 20 years service respectively.
(3) The Engineman at the Munster Institute receives an additional weekly allowance of £0.75 during the heating season.
