Vol. 286 No. 12

Written Answers. - Occupational Therapists.

95.

asked the Minister for Health if he intends to continue the sponsorship for occupational therapists and allocate moneys for this purpose to the South Eastern Health Board for 1976.

It is intended that the present sponsorship scheme whereby health boards may assist persons training as occupational therapists will continue in 1976. The extent to which health boards will undertake sponsorships will be a matter for each board to determine having regard to the moneys available to them and the needs of their services.
