asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs it he will make a statement on the reports that certain units of the British Army will feel free to cross into the Republic when on duty.

No unit of the British Army may make unauthorised crossings into the Republic. All such crossings are regarded as serious matters and raised as such by us with the British authorities.
