The arrangements necessary to settle with the county council the exact locations of the 20 kiosks, to carry out detailed surveys in connection with the considerable linework required and to agree the guarantee terms for a comprehensive agreement sought by the county council covering the 20 kiosks have taken longer than expected. The provision of kiosks in 10 cases will be put in hand as soon as practicable. Work on the other 10 will be carried out later this year.
