A scheme submitted by Kerry County Council for the reconstruction of Killarney courthouse was approved by me on 28th October, 1975.
Within the past week, the county council have written to my Department about a particular aspect of this matter. At first glance, it would appear that the aspect raised is not one for me but for another Minister. However, the position is being examined and a reply will issue to the county council in the very near future.
