The full skipper certificate is valid for all sizes of fishing vessel in all waters.
The limited certificates are valid in respect of vessels not proceeding north of latitude 61 degrees North, or south of latitude 48 degrees 30 minutes North, or west of longitude 14 degrees 30 minutes West.
