Vol. 288 No. 7

Criminal Law Jurisdiction Bill, 1975 [Seanad]: Fourth Stage.

Since no amendment has been offered we proceed to fix a date for the Fifth Stage when the motion will be: "That the Bill do now pass."

Under Standing Orders, when we have not got amendments on the Report Stage, we fix a date for the Fifth and Final Stage. I think there is agreement between the Whips that we take the Final Stage of the Bill after Questions tomorrow.

Subject to clarifying the time, we will say tomorrow. I understand this was to be the first business after Questions tomorrow.

Agreed to take the Fifth Stage on Wednesday, 3rd March, 1976.
