Vol. 289 No. 4

Written Answers. - Telephone Service.

108.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when telephone service will be extended to persons (details supplied) in County Cork who applied almost three years ago.

It is hoped to provide telephone service for the person named and all but one of the other applicants in the area mentioned within the next four months. The remaining applicant in the area is unlikely to be provided with service until next year because of the abnormal linework required.

109.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the number of telephone kiosks to be erected in County Cork in 1976; and the location of each.

Thirteen kiosks, including three already erected, are expected to be provided during 1976 at the following places: Aghabullogue,* Cahermore, Cape Clear, Castletownbere, Cork city (5), Fermoy,*idleton, Skibbereen* and Waterfall, Bantry.
