asked the Minister for Lands if it is the intention of the Land Commissioner to acquire the Brannelly estate, St. Brendan's, Ballygar, County Galway.

Cavan): Proceedings are in progress for the compulsory acquisition of the property referred to but it is not possible at this stage to say what the outcome of these proceedings will be.

asked the Minister for Lands if it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the Timothy estate, Cloonlara North, Glenamaddy, County Galway.

, Cavan): The Land Commission have not yet completed their inquiries in regard to this property and until they have done so it is not possible to say what action, if any, they will take in the matter.
