I have been informed by the Industrial Development Authority that, despite vigorous promotional efforts, an industry has not yet been secured for the advance factory in Westport, construction of which is expected to be completed in the next two months. The authority have assured me that they will continue to make every effort to attract industry to the town and to secure a project for the factory at the earliest possible date.
