asked the Taoiseach the quantities of (a) black (b) red (c) pearl and (d) grey granites and of (i) white and (ii) travertine marbles imported during the period July, 1975, to date; and the country of origin and the importer in each case.

Details of the commodities as requested by the Deputy are not recorded separately in the external trade statistics. The most detailed information available on imports of granites and marbles as classified in the "Customs and Excise Tariff of Ireland" are set out in the following table.

Information relating to the imports of individual concerns is not complied and, therefore, the information requested by the Deputy in the latter part of the question is not available.
