It is proposed to take No. 3 (resumed), Nos. 1 and 2. However, No. 2—the Criminal Law Bill, 1976—will be taken before No. 1 if the constitutional resolution has not been completed in the Seanad by then.
By agreement the Dáil will sit until 10.30 p.m. with an interval from 1.30 to 2.30 p.m.
