It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1 and 2. Committee Stage of the Emergency Powers Bill will be taken on completion of the Second Stage of the Criminal Law Bill. By agreement, the Dáil will sit until 10.30 p.m.; there will be the usual interval from 1.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.
