The provision of a sewerage scheme in an area is primarily a matter for the local authority. No proposals for a sewerage scheme for Castlemagner have been submitted to my Department.

asked the Minister for Local Government the present position regarding the Kildysart/Labasheeda/Coolmeen group water scheme, County Clare; and when it will be sanctioned.
This group scheme is dependent upon a proposed public scheme to be undertaken by Clare County Council. The planning of the public scheme is proceeding.
