The statutory provision for the reorganisation of third-level education, which includes the establishment of An Chomhairle Mhúinteoireachta, is at present in course of preparation.
An Chomhairle Mhúinteoireachta includes also first-and second-level education.
In so far as this is a teacher body for determining teaching qualifications and since the teachers have been educated as teachers at third level, it is for consideration in the context of third-level education.
Is it the position that a provision in relation to third-level education is to be included in the forthcoming legislation?
Yes. It is to be considered in relation to the statutory reorganisation of third-level education.
