I am informed by the ESB that they expect that approximately 12 householders in County Offaly will benefit under the provisions of the Bill, if enacted. They are located in the following rural areas of the board—Clonsast, Geashill, Ballycumber, Cloneygowan, Belmont, Kinnitty, Lusmagh and Mount Bolus.
