Vol. 294 No. 3

Written Answers. - Taxi Licence.

84.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will arrange to have restored to a person (name supplied) in Dublin the taxi licence which he held for 27 years and which he relinquished two years ago and for which he has now applied because of his return to good health.

The issuing of taxi licences is a matter for the Commissioner of the Garda Síochána under the Road Traffic (Public Services Vehicles) Regulations, 1963 to 1976.
