Vol. 294 No. 4

Written Answers. - Meath Worker's Pay.

106.

asked the Minister for Finance when the Office of Public Works will provide holiday pay for a person (name supplied) in County Meath in respect of his employment in May and June, 1976; and when the inspector of taxes will refund the income tax which was paid by this man during his employment with the Office of Public Works.

Payment of holiday pay to the person named in the question was made on 18th June, 1976, and the payable order was cashed on 24th June, 1976.

I have been informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the appropriate refund of income tax was made on 19th November, 1976.
