I am informed by Irish Continental Line that proposals for the commencement of the Rosslare-Roscoff car ferry service in 1977 will not be affected by the delay in carrying out development works at Rosslare Harbour.
Is the Minister satisfied that berthage will be available in Rosslare Harbour?
As I said, they will not be affected by the delay in carrying out any new development, so that the Rosslare Harbour Authorities and the Irish Continental Line, whoever is providing this new ferry, will see to it that there is sufficient berthage there to cater for it.
