As Deputies are aware, it was made clear in this House in October, 1973, that grants would not in future be made for extensive reconstruction or improvement of one-teacher or two-teacher national schools. It is accordingly not possible to allow a grant towards the cost of the central heating which I understand has been installed in Rathaniska national school.
