The percentage increases between mid-February, 1973 and mid-November, 1976 in the average retail prices for the items specified as determined from the prices collected in the corresponding consumer price index inquiries were: Bread, 72.9 per cent; Butter, 90.3 per cent; Milk, 59.2 per cent; Sugar 126.9 per cent.
