(Cavan): The development of the deep water quay at Cobh, County Cork, would be a matter for Cork Harbour Commissioners.
I am not aware of any proposals for the development of the quay but I understand that the commissioners have entered into an arrangement for the use of part of the CIE property in the area as an offshore service base on the understanding that servicing vessels would use Deepwater Quay.
