The only proposal for capital expenditure which has been submitted during the course of the past year to my Department in connection with Teenaterriffe School, Cappamore, related to the provision of an all-purpose room. Such a proposal would not fall within the category of minor alterations. My Department was unable to approve of the proposal or to sanction a grant for it.
