asked the Minister for Agriculture when a decision will be made regarding the division of the Corcoran estate, Claregalway, County Galway.

Proceedings for the compulsory acquisition of the property referred to have reached the stage where the question of price remains to be settled.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when an estate (details supplied) in County Galway will be acquired by the Land Commission.

The Land Commission have carried out an inspection of the property referred to with a view to determining whether acquisition proceedings should be instituted. The report furnished is now being studied and it is expected that a decision in the matter will be made known shortly.
