Vol. 299 No. 7

Written Answers. - Kerry Speed Limits.

45.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware of the widespread concern in County Kerry with regard to the very long delay in redefining the speed limit areas for the County as recommended by the County Council on numerous occasions particularly in relation to the Farranfore and Fossa areas; when he intends to make new speed limit regulation orders in respect of County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have recently made regulations in respect of speed limits in County Kerry in accordance with the decisions of Kerry County Council. The regulations come into operation on the 30th May, 1977.
