May we have an explanation, please?

This is only leave to introduce: the Supplementery Estimate will be taken later as was announced on the Order of Business.

Later today.

What exactly is being proposed? I have not been able to hear.

The Supplementary Estimates must be introduced. Then they will be taken together.

I announced on the Order of Business and you repeated, Sir, that No. 3 will be taken after the Supplementary Estimates have been passed. We are now discussing leave to introduce No. 3.

I understood from the Taoiseach that there was something special about No. 3 and that this item will be discussed.

Order. Item No. 3 is now being introduced and will be debated later.

Does that mean later today and immediately after No. 4?
