asked the Minister for the Environment the estimated annual loss of revenue to the housing accounts of all local authorities arising from the abolition of the claw-back contribution on the resale of local authority houses.

The annual loss of revenue to the housing accounts of all local authorities arising from the abolition of the claw-back contribution on the resale of local authority houses is estimated to be of the order of £200,000 to £400,000.
