Vol. 300 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Ministerial Company Interests.

1.

asked the Taoiseach if he will give an assurance that all Ministers in his Cabinet together with Parliamentary Secretaries and Ministers of State, if appointed, will divest themselves of all company interests which could be in conflict with their official obligations and responsibilities.

Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries were requested by me shortly after taking office to ensure that they did not engage in any activities which could reasonably be regarded as interfering, or being incompatible, with the full and proper discharge by them of the duties of their offices.
