A formal review of this nature has not yet been carried out. It is part of the Government's policy to establish an all-party committee of the Dáil with consultative status on health policy and administration. I will be in contact shortly with the Opposition Parties on the establishment of this committee. I expect that their terms of reference will cover the matter referred to by the Deputy.
