asked the Minister for the Environment if he will state in respect of the Wedgewood Estate, Sandyford Road, Dundrum, Dublin 14, (a) whether certificates of reasonable value have been applied for in respect of each house; (b) which houses have been the subject of certificates of reasonable value issued by his Department; (c) which houses have received certificates of completion from his Department; and (d) whether he will expedite the issue of such certificates in cases which are pending in his Department.

(a) Applications have been received in respect of houses at the following site numbers: 1 to 18, inclusive, 21 to 92, inclusive, 109 to 193, inclusive, 196 to 217, inclusive, 219 to 240, inclusive; (b) Certificates of Reasonable Value have been issued in respect of houses at the following site numbers: 1 to 18, inclusive, 21 to 92, inclusive, 109 to 193, inclusive, 196 to 217, inclusive, 219, 230 to 240, inclusive; (c) Houses at the following site numbers have been certified to be completed and the appropriate grants have been paid: 2, 3, 5, 7, 14, 22 and 24; (d) There will be no avoidable delay in dealing with the remaining applications.
