I regret that it is not possible to make such a comparison. The Deputy will be aware that, in 1970, health and local government services had a common administration in Galway and there does not seem to have been any apportionment of general administrative expenses between the health services and the other services. Neither is an apportionment of the general administrative expenses of the Western Health Board made as between its constituent counties.
