Vol. 302 No. 4

Written Answers. - Certificate Delay.

298.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will agree to give urgent attention to the processing of a certificate of reasonable value for an applicant with a house (details supplied) in Templeogue, County Dublin, in view of the apparently undue delays either by the builders or by his Department and in view of the fact that the applicant is obliged to vacate her present accommodation at the end of this month.

This application was received in my Department on 18th November, 1977. It was not accompanied by the necessary information and documents, and the applicants have been asked for these. When they have been received, the application will be processed without delay.
