Galway County Council's proposal to borrow £24,000 to finance this project has to be considered in the context of the amount of capital available for library projects and the comparatively large programme of such projects in progress at present. While it is not possible at this stage to indicate when the proposal will be sanctioned. I should like to assure the Deputy that as soon as the necessary capital can be made available it will be favourably considered.
