A directive is issued by the Department of Posts and Telegraphs to postmasters and postmistresses at the commencement of the cheap fuel scheme each season advising them of the categories of pensioners eligible to receive fuel vouchers and the charge per voucher.
As I indicated in reply to earlier questions, I have established a working group to examine the working of the cheap fuel scheme.
