The scheme referred to is included in the council's programme for 1978 as a traffic management measure. A block grant to Dublin County Council towards the cost of general road works including this type of scheme, amounts to £577,000 for 1978. The timing and execution of the works is a matter for decision by the council and my specific sanction is not, therefore, required.
