asked the Minister for Agriculture when the Land Commission intends to divide the Moyne Park estate, County Galway.

It is hoped to include this property in next year's allotment programme.

29.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if his Department have any plans for the acquisition of the Hoare and Daly estates, Cathill and Cloonagh, Dunmore, County Galway.

Proceedings have been instituted for the compulsory acquisition of the two properties referred to. An objection to the acquisition of the Daly estate has been lodged and is awaiting hearing. In the Hoare case the price of the lands was recently determined by the Appeal Tribunal and the Land Commission are now considering whether the proceedings should be continued.
