Normally the Industrial Development Authority provide factories on their industrial estates for occupation by manufacturing industries only. However, the authority are prepared to consider on their merits applications for accommodation on their estates by other commercial enterprises, provided they have a worth-while role to play on the industrial development front and cannot be housed elsewhere.
