Vol. 305 No. 11

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: No. 3—Vote 29 and Supplementary (resumed) and Vote 9 (resumed).

I want to give notice of my intention to raise on the adjournment the matter of the publication of the Bula Agreement. It was the subject matter of my Question No. 10 on Tuesday's Order Paper.

I will communicate with the Deputy during the day.

It will be remembered that yesterday I gave notice that I wished to raise on the adjournment today the erroneous answer given by the Minister of State at the Department of Industry, Commerce and Energy in relation to——

The same applies. I will communicate with the Deputy.

I wish to draw the attention of the House to today's Irish Times.

The Deputy may not raise the question. Whether or not it can be discussed this evening will be communicated to the Deputy later.

Will the Taoiseach comment on the apparent practice of Ministers coming into this House not well briefed and misleading the House?

I will not comment on that.

Did the Taoiseach see this morning's Irish Times?

The Deputy is being totally disorderly.

If the Deputy has a problem he can communicate it to me without looking for headlines this hour of the morning.

The headlines are there for the Taoiseach to read.

(Interruptions.)

The Minister of State told the House yesterday——

I am calling item No. 3. Will the Deputy please resume his seat.

(Interruptions.)

Deputy Mitchell will resume his seat.

I wish to raise a very important matter.

I will communicate with the Deputy during the day.
