asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he is satisfied that a firm (details supplied) which is employed on a contract basis in Teach Earlsfort, Dublin, is not in breach of the Social Welfare Acts in relation to returns made in respect of its employees.

There is no evidence that the firm in question is not complying with the provisions of the Social Welfare Acts in respect of its employees.
