Vol. 306 No. 7

Written Answers. - Clare Estate.

127.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if the Land Commission have any proposals to take over the Ronan estate at Kilshanny, County Clare, since this land is needed by the county council for a car park.

Possession of the property referred to has already passed to the Land Commission. I understand Clare County Council have applied for a portion of the lands for the purpose of enlarging the local cemetery and widening the road thereto. This application will be fully considered by the Land Commission in connection with the disposal of the lands.
