I am informed by the Industrial Development Authority that the existing 17,000 square feet advance factory in Ennistymon has been reserved for a project which is expected to commence production in September 1978 and which will employ 110 persons.
It is not at present proposed to construct a further advance factory in the town; the authority, in consultation with SFADCo, are currently reviewing the advance factory requirements of the Mid-West Region in the light of the Industrial Plan 1977-80.
