asked the Minister for Agriculture if the Land Commission intend to acquire the O'Mara lands at Inchicooley, Monasterevan, County Kildare.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if the Land Commission intend to acquire the Wilson or O'Grady estate, Boyhill, Athenry, County Galway, which is for sale.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle I propose to take Questions Nos. 112 and 115 together. The Land Commission have decided to institute proceedings for the compulsory acquisition of the properties referred to. It is not possible to indicate at this stage what the outcome of the proceedings will be.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the action the Land Commission are taking to acquire the Murphy estate, Gortmore, Kiltormer, Ballinasloe, County Galway.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the action the Land Commission intend to take to re-acquire the Dermody estate, Clonkeen, Killoran, Ballinasloe, County Galway, which is for sale.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle I propose to take Questions Nos. 113 and 114 together. The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of the properties referred to but they are having enquiries made.
