asked the Minister for the Environment the proposals for a pay adjustment received in his Department since 1 September 1977 from the County Councils of Carlow, Kilkenny, Longford, Roscommon, Donegal and Limerick and Carlow UDC, which have been (a) sanctioned (b) not sanctioned, together with any other proposals from these local authorities received prior to 1 September, which have not been sanctioned, and the reasons for the delay, if any, in sanctioning the proposals of the local authorities.
