asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he is aware that a man (details supplied) in County Monaghan who is in receipt of farmer's dole, has proved in a court of law at the hearing of a maintenance case brought by his wife, that he has no land; and if this is so, if he is satisfied that the man concerned is entitled to draw farmer's dole.
