asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will request the Land Commission to acquire the Donoghue estate, Knockane, Toomavara, Nenagh, County Tipperary, for division amongst the smallholders in the area.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if a section 40 notice will be served by the Irish Land Commission on the Duggan estate, Kilbannon, Tuam, County Galway.

: With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle I propose to take Questions Nos. 153 and 159 together. The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of either of the properties referred to but I shall arrange to have the Deputies' representations brought to their attention.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will request the Land Commission to acquire the O'Meara estate, Grawn, Toomavara, Nenagh, County Tipperary, for division amongst the smallholders in the area.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will request the Land Commission to acquire the Gleeson estate, comprising 44 acres, at Killeen, Rathcabbin, Roscrea, County Tipperary, for division amongst the local smallholders.

: With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle I propose to take Questions Nos. 154 and 156 together. The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of the properties referred to but they are having inquiries made.
