: There is no record of the receipt in the Department of a claim for widow's pension from a person of the name and address supplied by the Deputy.
Arrangements have been made however for the issue of a claim form and explanatory leaflet to the person concerned. On return of the completed form the case will be dealt with as expeditiously as possible.
