: An appeals officer decided on 3 May 1977 after an oral hearing that the persons concerned were entitled to old age pensions of 50p each from 1 April 1977. The claimants' solicitor later submitted a deed transferring the claimants' farm to their two daughters, neither of whom resided on the lands. The claims were resubmitted to the appeals officer, who has indicated that a revision of his decision is not warranted.
