: It was not a guillotine and the Deputy should not be allowed to make that statement; this is by agreement.
: May I ask the Minister for Education if he intends to publish the National Council for Education Awards Bill this month, next month or the following month?
: The memo and draft heads have to be considered by the Government first; the draft heads are ready.
: Will the Bill be circulated in September?
: I expect to have it circulated about the beginning of the next session.
