Vol. 307 No. 13

Written Answers . - Headage Grants .

169.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will make arrangements to have headage grants for 1977 and 1978 paid to two persons (details supplied) in County Cork.

: Investigations in these two cases have now been completed and it has been decided that grants may be paid to the first-named applicant. Grants to the second-named person cannot be paid as I am not satisfied that the herd is under separate management, and intermixing of animals between the herd of the person in question and two other herds has been established.
