asked the Minister for the Environment if he has sought the following information from each local authority for the year ending 31 December 1977; (1) the total number of new houses which are currently in benefit, either in full or in part, of a phased reduction of domestic rates i.e. the nine year reduction of valuation on eligible new houses; (2) the total rateable valuations of the houses described above for the year ending 31 December 1977; and (3) the total rateable valuation of the houses described above when the nine year phased reduction will be completed.
